Buying happens early, against what is actually good that morning — Victorian growing regions first, then the wider market for lines that are out of season locally.

Graded and held cold
Produce is checked, sorted and held at temperature at our North Geelong base. Anything that will not last the week does not go on a docket.

Delivered to your service time
Orders are picked to your account and put on a run that lands before prep, not at whatever hour suits the truck.
